Kevin Jenkins, LSW

Kevin L. Jenkins, LSW, serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer for Manchester Bidwell Corporation (MBC). MBC is committed to working with individuals to transform lives as well as build, strengthen, and enhance communities. Mr. Jenkins is responsible for the day-to-day operations of MBC and works closely with its affiliates Bidwell Training Center, Manchester Craftsmen’s Guild, and the National Center for Arts & Technology.
Prior to his tenure at MBC, Mr. Jenkins worked for The Pittsburgh Foundation, one of the nation’s oldest community foundations committed to charitable giving. At The Pittsburgh Foundation, Mr. Jenkins served as senior program officer for Health and Human Services and Community Initiative Director as well as advanced to become Vice President for Public Policy and Civic Leadership. While at The Foundation, Mr. Jenkins helped lead the successful effort to rename the State Department of Public Welfare as the Department of Human Services. He also worked at the Holy Family Institute as executive director prior to joining The Foundation.
Mr. Jenkins has a master’s degree in social work from the University of Pittsburgh and an undergraduate degree from Penn State University. He serves on a number of regional boards and committees and was appointed by the Joint State Government Commission to serve as a member of the Advisory Committee on Homelessness in Pennsylvania.
Mr. Jenkins served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Manchester Bidwell since 2015 and assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer in July of 2018.
