The Executive Coaching Program provides certified BIPOC Executive and Life Coaches, to assist BIPOC Nonprofit Executive and Next-Generation Leaders in the Pittsburgh region in strengthening their leadership, organizational, and personal growth.
Launched in 2016 with the support of McAuley Ministries, PACE’s Executive Coaching Program has provided an opportunity for Pittsburgh area BIPOC Nonprofit Executive and Next-Generation Leaders to receive professional coaching at no cost to them or their organizations. Additional support for this program was provided by the BNY Mellon Foundation of SWPA.
“Coaching,” is a beneficial tool to assist executive leaders and their organizations and is widely used in the nonprofit sector and the PACE Executive Coaching Program increases confidence in exercising leadership, improves the ability to connect with the organization’s vision, and increases confidence in leading the organization fulfilling its vision and mission.
Since its inception, the Coaching program has provided the leaders of more than 50 organizations with an opportunity to set and reach their professional goals.

Program to Aid Citizen Enterprise (PACE) is pleased to announce that, thanks to the generosity of McAuley Ministries, our Leadership Development Program is ready to launch its ninth cohort!
