Up to ten organizations will have the opportunity to work with Equity in the Center’s staff to build their own Race Equity Plan following the Awake to Woke to Work framework. Organizations will jointly assess their progress on key indicators (using the Race Equity Cycle Pulse Check™) and create an action plan to implement changes. The cohort will be guided with three full-cohort meetings and four coaching sessions with Equity in the Center staff.
